At KSB Hair Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions and related products, the following return and refund policy applies to all purchases.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

For health and sanitation reasons, all hair extension sales are final once the original packaging, ties, bands, seals, or bindings have been opened, removed, broken, or altered.

Hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been:

• Opened or removed from their original packaging or bindings
• Installed, worn, tried on, or used
• Brushed, combed, washed, or treated with products
• Cut, trimmed, layered, or otherwise altered
• Colored, toned, lightened, dyed, or chemically processed
• Exposed to excessive heat or otherwise modified from their original condition

We strongly recommend confirming the color, length, texture, and quantity before opening or altering the hair.

COLOR MATCHING

Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual devices. Because of this, KSB Hair Co. cannot guarantee an exact color match based solely on photographs or digital images.

Customers and stylists are responsible for confirming their color selection before opening or altering the extensions.

A difference in color that results from screen display, lighting, or an incorrect shade selection is not considered a product defect.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unopened and unused merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange when requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, merchandise must remain in its original condition with all packaging, seals, tags, ties, and bindings completely intact.

Customers must contact KSB Hair Co. before returning any merchandise. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an error by KSB Hair Co. or a verified product defect, original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery and before opening, installing, coloring, washing, cutting, or otherwise altering the product.

If you believe you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact KSB Hair Co. within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order information along with clear photos and/or video showing the issue.

KSB Hair Co. will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Normal characteristics of human hair—including minor variations in shade, texture, or individual strands—may not constitute a manufacturing defect.

CHEMICALLY ALTERED HAIR

KSB Hair Co. cannot guarantee the outcome of coloring, toning, bleaching, lightening, perming, chemical treatments, or other alterations performed after purchase.

Once hair has been chemically processed or altered, it is not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

KSB Hair Co. is not responsible for installation or removal services performed by independent stylists or salons.

Installation fees, removal fees, coloring services, maintenance costs, or other salon expenses are not reimbursable by KSB Hair Co. solely because a customer is dissatisfied with a product or service performed by a third party.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by KSB Hair Co. or as otherwise required by law.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider after a refund has been issued.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products specifically identified as Final Sale, Clearance, Promotional, or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law or in the event of an eligible verified defect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

KSB Hair Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers should promptly contact the shipping carrier and KSB Hair Co. if a delivery issue occurs.

CHARGEBACKS & ORDER CONCERNS

If there is a problem with your order, please contact KSB Hair Co. first so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using applicable order, shipping, delivery, and customer communication records.

POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase with KSB Hair Co., you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
